What is Splash For CF?

BioGuard^®, one of the nation's premier suppliers of pool and spa care products, has partnered with Emily Schreiber and her foundation, Laps for CF, in an effort to fight cystic fibrosis.

Emily was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at the age of nine, and since then, it's been her goal to create a better life for the thousands of children and young adults who deal with the realities of this disease every day. To date, she's raised over 1.2 million dollars! For the 2010 pool season, BioGuard^® is donating a portion of all chlorine sales from their stores nationwide to the Laps for CF Foundation, so every time you purchase BioGuard^® products, you are helping the fight against cystic fibrosis.

Pool World has been participating in Splash For CF for the past two summers to help children with cystic fibrosis here in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.  With this being our second year participating in this donation drive we were able to nearly double our funds from last summer and bring our total to $9,100!!!
